1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SajiloMandu. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SajiloMandu regarding your use of the Platform.

SajiloMandu is a digital marketplace that connects:

Seekers: Individuals looking for rooms, hostels, or local services.
Providers: Landlords, hostel owners, and service professionals (plumbers, electricians, etc.).

Important: SajiloMandu acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, rent, re-rent, manage, or control properties or services listed on the Platform. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between Seekers and Providers.

3. User Accounts & Verification

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Identity Verification: To obtain a "Verified" badge, users must submit government-issued ID. We process this data securely for safety purposes only.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
Discriminatory behavior or harassment of any kind.
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose under the laws of Nepal.
Attempt to bypass our security systems or scrape data from the site.
Brokerage Fees: Demanding hidden "Dalal" fees or commissions outside of the agreed service price is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Financial Warning: SajiloMandu is not responsible for any financial losses. Never transfer money to a Provider without verifying the property or service in person.

The Platform is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
