Go to your Profile Settings and select the "Verifications & Badges" tab. Upload a clear photo of your Government ID (Citizenship, License, or Passport) and a live selfie. Once approved by our team, you will get a Blue Verified Badge.(This feature available soon)

Once you are logged in, you can use our secure Live Chat feature to message them directly. You can also start an audio or video call if the host is online.

Look for the "Identity Verified" badge next to the owner's name. We also recommend checking the reviews left by other users. Always visit the property in person before making any payments.

Yes! Click the Heart icon on any room or hostel listing. You can find all your saved properties in your Dashboard under "Saved Items."

SajiloMandu connects you directly with the landlord. We do not set the prices. You are free to chat with the owner and negotiate the rent directly.

Sign up as a "Service Provider" or "Both." Go to your Dashboard and click "Create New Listing." You can add photos, amenities, location, and pricing details.

Make sure to upload high-quality images and provide a detailed description. Verifying your identity also increases trust, making users more likely to contact you.

Absolutely. We have a dedicated Hostel Finder section. You can list your hostel, define room types (1-seater, 2-seater, etc.), and even upload your weekly food menu.

Currently, you can post multiple listings from your dashboard to manage all your properties or services in one place.

Never transfer money without seeing the room or meeting the landlord in person. SajiloMandu is a connection platform; we are not responsible for financial transactions between users.

If you see something suspicious, click the three dots on the listing or user profile and select "Report". Our moderation team will review it immediately.

It means the user has submitted their official Government ID to us, and we have confirmed it matches their profile. It adds an extra layer of trust, though we still recommend using caution.
